Oh, and don’t forget the infamous Santa Ana winds. If you’ve lived here long enough, you know when they start blowing, it's time to batten down the hatches—it’s one of those quirks you get used to as a local.

Right around the corner is The Habit Burger Grill, my favorite spot for quick and delicious burgers and sandwiches. If you’re after something lighter but packed with flavor, Pokeworks offers fresh poke bowls made to order.

If you’re looking to treat your team or clients to a fancier lunch or dinner, Orange Hill Restaurant is just a few minutes away and offers stunning views of Orange County along with a diverse menu featuring seafood, steak, and upscale American fare.

For those of us who need our daily caffeine fix, Starbucks and Panera Bread are just up the road, providing convenient options for coffee meetings or working lunches. These spots are great for grabbing something quick on a busy day or for a change of scenery from the office.

It’s an ideal place to take a breather and enjoy some time in nature, and it's just a short drive from your office. For those who prefer a round of golf to unwind, the Anaheim Hills Golf Course is close by and offers a scenic 18-hole course is set against the rolling hills of Anaheim.

For something a bit more unique check out Rock City Climbing which is an awesome indoor rock-climbing gym located just minutes away from our office building.

Situated just off the 91 Freeway, our office building is minutes away from the 55 and 57 freeways, making it easy to get to Los Angeles, Irvine, or anywhere in Orange County. The proximity to John Wayne Airport and Ontario International Airport also makes national and international business travel convenient.

With 277 sunny days a year and far less congestion than downtown LA, commuting to and from Anaheim Hills is much more enjoyable. Plus, the area's proximity to vibrant hubs like Anaheim’s CTRCity and Downtown Fullerton ensures that entertainment, dining, and cultural experiences are never far away.
