Your monthly rent includes access to your private office suite, utilities (electricity, water, and trash), high-speed internet, janitorial services, and use of common areas such as conference rooms, kitchenettes, and restrooms.

What are the lease terms?

We offer flexible lease options including 3-month, 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year terms. Longer commitments may offer discounted rates.

Are the suites furnished?

All offices come with an executive desk and chair, however, you are welcome to bring in your own furniture should you not want to use ours.

Is 24/7 access available?

Yes, all tenants have secure 24/7 access to their suite and common areas through a key card or code entry system, which is part of our modern security platform.

How do I reserve a conference room?

Conference rooms can be reserved online through our tenant portal. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

What internet services are provided?

We offer high-speed wired and wireless internet throughout the building. Dedicated or upgraded bandwidth options are also available for an additional fee.

Are mail and package services available?

Yes, we provide a secure mailbox for each tenant. Our staff can also receive packages and notify you when deliveries arrive.

Is there on-site parking?

Yes, we offer free on-site parking for tenants and guests. Reserved or covered parking may be available depending on the location.

What happens if there’s a maintenance issue?

You can submit maintenance requests directly through our tenant portal, by phone, or by email. We aim to respond promptly to all service issues.
